Our standard sauna tent requires a flat area of approximately 3x3 meter. We need clear access to the setup location and at least 1m of clearance around the sauna for safety. The area should be free of overhead obstructions like tree branches.

Our team typically needs about 60-90 minutes for setup before your session begins. This includes assembling the sauna, preparing the stove, and ensuring everything is perfect. Takedown after your session takes about 45-60 minutes.

All our packages include the sauna tent, wood-burning stove, bench, thermometer, ladle, bucket, and enough wood for your first session. Premium packages add luxury touches like organic essential oils, herbal infusion blends, premium towels, and aromatherapy accessories.

Absolutely! Our team provides a thorough orientation on proper sauna use, safety guidelines, and traditional techniques. We also include a detailed information sheet with your booking confirmation. For premium packages, we offer optional guided sessions with a sauna attendant.

Our saunas are designed to operate in most weather conditions, including rain. However, in cases of extreme weather (high winds, thunderstorms), we'll work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost or provide a full refund if preferred.
